a voice message from Vitaly Federko (an entrepreneur from Krymsk, Krasnodar Krai) was leaked online...

This was a continuation of the high-profile scandal with  video appeals from Cossacks - members of the SVO  to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin.

Thundered throughout the country.

The SVO fighters asked to bring Vitaly Federko to criminal responsibility under Article 159. Part 4 (fraud on an especially large scale) for land fraud.  The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation  then demanded an investigation, and a few days later the participants in the special operation were forced to record an appeal to him again. This time with a message  about threats from Federko to return them back to the front.

Bastrykin followed with another  demand - to report on the results of the investigation. 

But, so far, silence ... No high-profile arrests, no reactions from the security forces to the request to protect those who protect us - the SVO participants.

Now this is a voice message: "Let them bring Skibitskaya" and "I work with the office."

It is not difficult to guess who Federko means by saying "office".

But who is Skibitskaya?

Alevtina Skibitskaya is the very person to whom 50 hectares of agricultural land are registered. land in the city of Krymsk, about which the SVO participants appealed about fraud and illegal surveying.

And apparently it is this that Vitaly Federko wants to "drain" to the Investigative Committee, because he is not listed in the documents.

But, any crime leaves a trace. When a scandal with illegal surveying of 50 hectares of land occurred in the Krymsk region,  Vitaly Federko gave an interview to the Zhivaya Kuban publication, where he confirmed his participation in the deal as an investor. 

- I have been involved in charity for a long time. That is why the idea to donate the plots arose immediately after purchasing the plot. Together with Alevtina Skibitskaya, the investor’s daughter and the main administrator and legal owner of the land, we decided to make such a gift to the fighters. We gave the first plot to a fighter in November, and that is when the name "Dostoyanie" was born. We were extremely surprised when we learned that the city administration had filed a lawsuit. This was done silently, without conditions, which you must agree is strange. And the subsequent meeting (after the presentation of the documents) between the head of the district and Mikhail Primakov did not provide an understanding of what goal the local government was pursuing. Rumors began to spread around the city, and we were forced to bring the issue into the public space. Instead of gratitude and assistance, a blow was dealt to the business reputation of both the investor and the project.

 
Now that the SVO members have publicly reported on the scheme Vitaly Federko tried to pull off to legalize illegal land surveying, few people believe the story of his “charity”:

"He gave us 3 hundred square meters of land each so that through us, the SVO members, he could force the authorities to transfer all the other plots to individual housing construction. So that he could then sell them at exorbitant prices."

There is only one question that has not yet been answered: why is Vitaly Federko behaving so brazenly and fearlessly that he threatens the members of the SVO, openly declares that he works with "office workers" and therefore nothing will happen to him?

Although the answer may be that Federko,  previously convicted of tax evasion  , simply has nothing to lose.

It became known from open sources  that the entrepreneur from the city of Krymsk, "patron" and "philanthropist" Vitaly Federko declared himself bankrupt at the end of April 2025.

And this means that everyone who invested money in his long-term construction projects in Krymsk, who bought land plots from him, who believed him and invested in his projects (and this is hundreds of people) were thrown.
